Voetbal een feest !
Voetbal een feest was ooit de slogan van de bond. Soms een feest was correcter geweest. Ik heb gisteren enkele minuten naar de wedstrijd gekeken. Zwak, zwak, zoals de competitie in 1ste afdeling.
Probleem : voetbal wordt op gras gespeeld , niet in de lucht. Oorzaak : zwakke technische bagage, een euvel overal in België. Men spreekt veel over jeugdopleiding, maar er wordt niet aan opleiding gedaan. Vb : Anderlecht haalt al de beste jeugdspelers naar zich toe, maw hebben zowat de beste jeugdploegen maar zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor de basisopleiding van deze jongens.
1 trainer moet hen technisch, tactisch, fysisch en psygologisch begeleiden. Waar haalt men deze (zelfverklaarde) wonderboys eigenlijk, wie is zowiezo daartoe in staat ? Bij jeugdopleiding heb je geen ego's maar harde werkers, dienstbare mensen nodig die werken in dienst van jongeren. Individuele trainingen zijn noodzakelijk maar uiterst zeldzaam, enz.
Zou het sport department op Vlaams niveau eigenlijk al eens gepraat hebben met onderwijs om meer tijd vrij te maken voor sport. Ik heb in ieder geval nog nooit onze sportminister horen zeggen dat hij ook maar overleg zou plegen met zijn collega. Geld vrij maken voor voetbal, ok, maar dan liefst voor opleiding opdat voetbal opnieuw een feest zou worden.
Ondertussen ben ik opnieuw beginnen lopen, 3 x maal per week, langzaam opbouwen. Het doet deugd.
