Dominiek Savio
Gisteren voor de eerste maal niet op verharde weg gelopen maar op een piste.
Deze piste ligt op het domein van Dominiek Savio te Gits. Ik had een beetje bang van de toestand van de piste nadat het wereldbekercircus veldrijden op 31 dec daar had gepasseerd onder zeer erge klimatologische omstandigheden. Ik was erbij en het was een modderpoel zowel voor de acteurs als de toeschouwers. Nu de piste lag er behoorlijk bij en ik heb er met genoegen mijn loopsessie volbracht. Heel wat leuker dan op een bolle harde landweg. Ik had 's middags reeds een mooie lange wandeling in Oostende achter de rug. Het zou toch mooi zijn om te kunnen trainen aan de kust. Prachtig uitzicht, ideale ondergrond, altijd betere weersomstandigheden ( volgens F. Debosere)en de beste lucht. Ik zal het toch eens overwegen als ik al een uurtje aan het lopen ben. Maar dit is toekomstmuziek. Met muziek lopen is daar niet nodig met het brandinsgeluid van de zee.
